We are looking for a full time receptionist / general office administrator to join our award winning company based in Swansea.
Duties include:
First point of contact by phone or in person for customers and suppliers
Managing all phone calls and responsible for switch board operations
Facilitating refreshments for senior staff and visitors
General office duties, including maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of office areas
Additional information:
Rates of pay will be standard minimum rate, in accordance with starting age
Training will be provided and a personal progression plan can be discussed. A clear line of improvement is encouraged to facilitate employment promotion.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am-4:45pm. Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm
