On Thursday 21st October, the second instalment of Business Swansea’s lecture series, called ‘Support Hour’, will focus on business networking skills. To help deliver this lecture, Business Swansea has recruited the expertise of our managing director, Alan Brayley, to speak at the event.
Alan’s extensive business knowledge will give attendees best practice advice for networking events, including the dos and don’ts, time management advice, and how to develop meaningful, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
Alan Brayley, our managing director, said:
“Following a year where networking events have been mainly online based, face-to-face events will soon be a normal thing once again; so, this is an ideal time to revisit the best approaches.
“Networking is important in expanding your contact list and securing new business. I am more than happy to share the knowledge that I have gathered over the years. The opportunity to learn through the Support Hour talks put on by Business Swansea is a great opportunity to further your skill set.”
As a company, we are always happy to help the local community and Business Swansea in any way we can. Getting involved in this talk is another example of this. The Support Hours are online lectures that are designed to allow immediate implementation following the sessions. The sessions are accessible online, only 60 minutes in total and are completely free to attend.
